Centerspace in Centennial, CO is seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to efficiently manage maintenance services across the Centerspace portfolio. The role focuses on keeping properties safe, functional, and inviting, with a base pay between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position offers on-call pay, PTO, holidays, parental leave, and a 401(k) plan with matching, plus a stock purchase option and rental discounts.

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance requests.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts property inspections and prioritizes preventative maintenance.
• Performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting maintenance as needed.
• Assists Community/Regional Manager with tenant improvements.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in after-hours on-call.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with vendors for parts.
