Job summary

Centennial is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations and asset upkeep. You will handle HVAC monitoring, basic repairs, and numerous small tasks to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager and completing CMMS work orders efficiently. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience, with HVAC or building trades certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; HVAC/trade/building maintenance certification desirable.
• 1–3 years’ maintenance tech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and asset condition under supervision.
• Monitor HVAC systems with basic repair and preventive maintenance.
• Complete work orders in CMMS (Building Engines/Net Facilities) including minor repairs.
• Support event setup/teardown and keep maintenance records up to date.
