Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing site in Lakewood, NJ. You will lead a 24/7 maintenance team focused on packaging lines, enforcing safety, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment.

The role requires at least five years of supervision in manufacturing, PLC troubleshooting, and strong planning and problem-solving skills. Occasional weekend shifts may be required, with premier benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (pharma/food/bev).
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging area; coach and mentor staff.
• Promote a strong safety culture; enforce site safety policies.
• Coordinate schedules and resources for packaging lines; approve work packages.
• Own safety and productivity KPIs; support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain flexibility to work different shifts and weekends to ensure operations.
