Job summary

ResProp Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee service operations at our Sarasota properties. You will manage work orders, repair appliances and systems, and lead a team to deliver superior resident service.

Applicants should have 8+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in apartment settings, EPA universal certification, and strong leadership. A toolkit and reliable transport are required; reside within 30 minutes of the property.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience and 3 years in apartment industry required.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, carpentry, pools, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Train maintenance staff and support team development.
• Assist Property Manager with hiring and performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; manage inventories.
