Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our service operations across multiple apartment communities. You will repair, replace, and maintain appliances, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems while guiding a maintenance team and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, and supervising both in-house and vendor work, maintaining a safe environment per OSHA standards, and optimizing turnover timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years general maintenance/repair experience, 3+ years in apartment industry.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification highly preferred.
• Trades incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Provide quality customer service to residents.
• Train maintenance teammates and drive performance.
• Assist PM with recruiting and reviews.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and asset upkeep.
• Walk units during turnover to assess repairs.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies.
