Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to manage maintenance operations for a multi-family military community. You will supervise service technicians and trades, schedule work, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely repairs, and enforcing OSHA safety practices. A valid driver's license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years related experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Property management experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA Certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to operate vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff daily activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for work.
• Maintain department budget and project schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA regulations.
• Lead safety inspections and ensure on-call availability.
