Job summary

Milhaus seeks an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, budgeting, and team supervision. You will direct HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds work to uphold property quality and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate inspections, schedule repairs, and manage costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years progressive maintenance/repair in multi-family or commercial settings.
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and budgetary skills.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform maintenance tasks, including 24-hour response targets.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Complete move-in/move-out inspections and curb-appeal upkeep.
• Maintain the property budget and monitor operating expenses.
• Record-keeping for inspections, invoices, and safety logs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety procedures.
