Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds at our properties. You will work with Milhaus staff and vendors to support resident satisfaction and asset upkeep.

Responsibilities include completing service orders within 24 hours, refurbishing units quickly, and performing preventative maintenance while following safety standards and local regulations. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience in mechanical/electrical systems, plumbing or groundskeeping.
• HVAC certification is preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• English language proficiency written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Receive service work orders and complete within 24 hours.
• Polish grounds daily and as needed.
• Refurbish vacant units within five working days or less.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Operate mechanical or electrical equipment and garden tools.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections of apartment units.
• Report property losses or liability incidents promptly.
• Report injuries promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to all regulations and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
