Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other improvement philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly employees to plan and manage maintenance programs and metrics.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet daily goals.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, and maintenance schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and train employees as necessary.
• Provide technical direction for Operations equipment and Engineering performance.
• Develop and implement training plans to increase employee skills.
