Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance program, oversee repair and preventive maintenance on reconditioning equipment, and ensure safety, quality and maximum production efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–7 years in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
5–7 years in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic systems.
Leadership experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or process improvement.
Lean environment experience preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversees and assigns work orders for preventive, corrective maintenance and equipment modifications.
Plans resources and coordinates capital and continuous improvement projects.
Monitors KPIs and OEE to improve plant operations and maintenance efficiency.
Maintains records of maintenance activities, manuals and service schedules.
Leads supplier/contractor relationships for maintenance materials and services.
Drives problem solving with Lean techniques and staff training.
Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains a safe working environment.
