Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, civil engineering or related field and 5 years supervisory experience; or 9 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• High level of oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer applications and CMMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Interprets policies to workers and enforces safety regulations per labor agreement.
• Maintains departmental attendance and overtime records.
• Keeps management informed of progress and issues.
• Coordinates activities of skilled trades and schedules work with other departments.
• Manages preventive maintenance programs and utilizes a CMMS.
