Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Aiken, SC is seeking a Warehouse Manager, Materials Management to lead the site's warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate and timely support for manufacturing and customer commitments.

You will drive continuous improvement, strengthen warehouse discipline, and develop the team to meet performance goals while collaborating with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with related warehouse or materials experience.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident; work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience leading warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations at the Aiken site, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, kitting, and shipping.
• Ensure materials are available and delivered to production when needed through effective processes and prioritization.
• Own and monitor KPIs such as safety, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost control.
• Sustain 6S across the warehouse with audits and corrective actions.
• Develop standard work for material handling, location management, and shipment readiness.
