Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Aiken, SC to support the Maintenance Management Team with coordinating department activities and initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree and 2–4 years in maintenance-related fields, plus SAP proficiency.

The position is full-time and on-site, with potential overtime as business requires. Relocation assistance is not available, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 years in Maintenance engineering; or 4 years in Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with SAP; strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout programs, maintenance compliance requirements, and asset management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Management Team in coordinating and administering maintenance department activities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and review Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Asset Care Plans, maintenance standards, and supporting technical documentation.
• Maintain equipment records, asset registers, technical files, machine documentation, and maintenance compliance records.
