Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the Off Shift in Aiken, SC. This full-time role supervises the off-shift maintenance team (8:00pm-6:30am, Sunday-Thursday) to maintain manufacturing equipment and support production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in industrial maintenance and 2+ years in supervision. Experience with SAP PM and strong safety practices are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Two+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for off-shift maintenance team, prioritizing daily activities and resources.
Lead safe execution of reactive, preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
Act as primary maintenance decision-maker during off-shift operations to restore equipment safely and efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance priorities with Production, Quality and Operations leadership to support schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
