Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate plant maintenance and lead a team of 15 technicians in a food manufacturing facility. You will direct preventive maintenance, diagnose basic electrical/mechanical issues, and promote a Safety First culture following SQF and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance policies, mentoring staff, and ensuring reliable equipment operation while maintaining a clean, compliant plant environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate or 5+ years related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience leading a team with direct reports.
• Knowledge of GMP/SQF and safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a staff of maintenance technicians; drive training and performance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
• Direct maintenance policies and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
