The role emphasizes safety, CMMS-driven planning, and hands-on leadership in a highly automated environment with 100+ robots. Mon-Fri with shift options; overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily machine-repair work and organize manpower based on production needs.
• Coordinate electrician and mechanic resources; order parts and complete required documentation.
• Act as the communication link between Production and Maintenance; prioritize repairs.
• Lead a team of hourly UAW skilled-trades employees on an automated plant floor.
