Caliberr Staffing seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a battery assembly plant in Spring Hill, TN. This on-site, 12-month contract oversees a team of UAW electricians and mechanics, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance for automated production lines.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, CMMS use, and collaboration with engineering and production to minimize downtime. Expect weekend work as needed, with overtime and a 80/20 shop floor/office split.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 10 years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or related manufacturing fields.
• Formal technical training or equivalent hands-on experience in the trades.
• Proven background supervising industrial maintenance teams.
• Deep understanding of industrial maintenance operations and automated manufacturing systems.
• Ability to solve complex equipment problems via root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance planning proficiency and CMMS usage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process-control systems, and industrial safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication to foster cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of hourly skilled-trades staff (mechanics and electricians).
• Prioritize tasks and assign personnel to align repairs with production schedules.
• Collaborate with production management to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshoot to resolve equipment failures.
• Balance urgent repairs with preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Use CMMS to organize tasks, monitor work orders, and document.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for tools, parts, and supplies.
• Deploy staff to support production, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Promote safety by enforcing maintenance protocols.
• Work with engineering and production to resolve technical challenges.
