Job summary

JCMLiving in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a large apartment community. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of supervising a maintenance team and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.

You will manage a team, schedule vendors, oversee repairs, and ensure service requests are completed promptly. The position offers paid vacation and holidays and an apartment allowance may be part of compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of supervising a maintenance team.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, locks and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• HVAC system repairs and upkeep.
• Keep an orderly, stocked and organized shop.
• Schedule vendors and contractors.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Capable of lifting appliances and performing installs.
• Be available for emergency repairs after hours.
