JCM Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a premier 200-unit residential community in New Jersey. Lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated maintenance team, overseeing boiler upkeep, repairs, and a broad range of trades to ensure top-notch living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee boiler system upkeep and repair.
• Maintain an orderly, stocked and organized shop.
• Schedule vendors and contractors.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly within the community.
• Capable of lifting appliances and performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks.
• Manage snow removal and general grounds upkeep.
• Run preventative maintenance programs as directed.
• Be on-call for emergencies after hours.
• Ability to drive company vehicles with valid license.
• Use maintenance tools safely and effectively.
