Maintenance Superintendent

Seeking a hard‑working technician to live on‑site and manage apartment maintenance. The candidate should have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks, and will be responsible for the repairs, upkeep and maintenance of the community.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests within the apartment community.
• Perform lifting of appliances, tile work, drywall work, appliance repair and installation, HVAC repairs.
• Snow removal.
• Collaborate with contractors and staff.
• Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heating and air‑conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping and sewer maintenance.
• Execute the preventative maintenance program under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after‑hour on‑call duty as required.
• Drive all company vehicles with a valid driver’s license (golf carts, quads, trucks).
• Use all maintenance tools safely.
• Carry out all maintenance duties safely that are required for this position.
