Qualifications

• HVAC experience and/or license required.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to manage vendors and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team across residential community assets.
• Oversee HVAC systems, pools, and maintenance operations.
• Schedule and supervise vendors/contractors; ensure timely service requests.
• Maintain organized shop; ensure safety and proper tool use.
• Perform preventive maintenance per program under supervision.
• Respond to emergency repairs and after-hours on-call as needed.
• Operate company vehicles and comply with safety policies.
