Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the maintenance department staff to support production on a 24-hour campus-style facility.
• Maintain an ongoing system of tracking work orders.
• Support all aspects of the company’s equipment and facility needs.
• Requisition and control of materials and parts needed to make repairs.
• Project manage to design, install and start-up new equipment.
• Initiate and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Work with machine operators, production staff on maintenance aspects.
• Maintain a documented preventive maintenance program compliant with IATF 16949.
• Implement a cost capture system for maintenance by designated cost centers.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to the business management system.
