An international manufacturing company in the San Antonio, TX area is now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their facility. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventative maintenance activities
• Perform maintenance of both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and repair of machinery
• Assess machinery to determine maintenance needs and plan appropriate maintenance procedures
• Oversee team of Maintenance Technicians
• Plan schedules for work orders and assign technicians for maintenance
• Maintain labor and budgets for maintenance department

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance (automotive is a plus)
• 3 years of department leadership experience
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment
• Expertise in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) with proficiency in software creation (ex. OMRON or Allen Bradley systems)
• Able to read diagrams, schematics and interpret technical manuals
• Strong fabrication and welding skills are preferred
