Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Texas to lead maintenance teams across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. The role focuses on installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical equipment to keep production lines running at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians or similar teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs and TPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, as well as machine repairs.
• Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Supervise and support maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with Production to address equipment and facility repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and equipment failures.
