Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) in Arvada, CO, to oversee daily maintenance operations at Panorama at Arvada Ridge. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule preventive work, and ensure compliance with standards and laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property.
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property.
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, including planning, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
• Train and coach all maintenance team members.
