Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance management or multi-unit properties.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and general repairs.
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance at the property.
• Coordinate daily maintenance operations and team activities.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff; plan schedules and delegate tasks.
• Train and coach maintenance team members.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across building systems.
• Inspect property daily and maintain cleanliness in collaboration with the team.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control.
• Complete unit turns, painting, drywall, and wear-and-tear repairs.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.
