Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance duties including inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and building facilities.
• Identify and implement effective actions to complete daily tasks and maintain logs and records.
• Coordinate work assignments with team members, residents, or departments, and communicate status to managers.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain the storage areas in a clean, organized state.
• Assist with turnovers and basic custodial tasks; respond to emergencies as needed.
