ATS - Industrial Maintenance in Pennsauken, NJ, seeks an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical and electrical systems on our production lines.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, CI involvement, predictive technologies, lean practices, and the ability to lead shop floor improvements while ensuring safety and 5S standards. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Associate degree or 7+ years of related industry experience; or 10+ years in the industry.
• Proficiency with predictive technologies including vibration analysis and laser interferometer operations.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Ability to use hand and specialized tools; travel may be required.
• Six Sigma experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems.
• Lead CI activities and drive cost savings.
• Identify and source parts and repairs; suggest engineered solutions.
• Train and coach less-proficient technicians; update CMMS records.
• Prepare cost analyses for new equipment and proposals.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards.
