Ohly Americas is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Boyceville, Wisconsin to lead maintenance, projects, and budgets. You will drive plant reliability, safety culture, and continuous improvement in a leadership role within the Ohly Leadership Team.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 10+ years in maintenance, and 5+ years of team and capital project management, with strong reliability knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience.
• 5+ years managing teams and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of reliability best practices and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Ohly Leadership Team and lead managers across functions.
• Develop and maintain a strategic maintenance roadmap and KPIs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and capital projects; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Review and qualify vendors; manage parts inventory and spares.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and performance reviews.
