Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Boyceville, WI facility. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, improve equipment reliability, and keep production lines running at peak performance in an on-site role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance and at least 3 years as a lead or supervisor, plus CMMS experience and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
3+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor.
Experience with CMMS software for scheduling and planning.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and assign daily tasks for a team of maintenance technicians.
Manage CMMS work orders, PM schedules, and job plans.
Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance during downtime.
Maintain safety highest priority by enforcing LOTO, arc flash, and hot work protocols.
