Job summary

Clemens Food Group, Tyrone site, is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead and develop a skilled maintenance team on-site. The role focuses on strengthening maintenance practices and turning equipment data into decisions to prevent recurring breakdowns, aligned with operations to balance today’s needs with future equipment demands.

You will oversee budgeting, capital planning, and collaboration across Engineering, Sanitation and FSQA to ensure safety and production

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in industrial maintenance or reliability.
• Three or more years leading manufacturing maintenance teams.
• Experience with CMMS, downtime analysis and planned maintenance.
• Budgeting, contractor and capital planning experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the maintenance team; strengthen accountability and shift communication.
• Prioritize preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance with Operations and MRO.
• Use CMMS, OEE and maintenance KPIs to reduce repeat failures and improve availability.
• Direct mechanical, electrical, automation and controls troubleshooting, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and motor controls.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, contractors, capital proposals and project support.
• Partner with Engineering, Sanitation and FSQA to protect safety and production readiness.
