Job summary

pladis Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates with Production, Quality, and Engineering to maximize asset performance and site performance. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced plants.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, regulatory, and quality compliance across maintenance activities.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and cost control for maintenance.
• Foster 6S and visual management in maintenance areas and workshops.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and improvements.
