Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across production and facility equipment at our Mission, TX site. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership within a food manufacturing setting, Spanish bilingual ability, and strong knowledge of CMMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing or related field.
5+ years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing environments.
Bilingual in Spanish; proven leadership of maintenance teams.
Experience with CMMS and RCFA.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for all production and facility equipment.
Lead maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate emergency repairs to restore operations.
Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, FSMA.
