Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance and Electronic Trades leader for an on-site, first-shift role in Hatfield, PA. You will lead maintenance activities in a highly automated food manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment readiness for production, with rotating weekend coverage and a weekend stipend.

The role emphasizes setting priorities, developing the team, and improving maintenance execution while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, FSQA, and Maintenance

Qualifications

• Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls systems.
• Use CMMS data and maintenance KPIs to improve PM compliance, labor utilization, and reliability.
• Coach and develop Maintenance and Electronic Trades across varying skill levels.
• Balance real-time production needs with planned maintenance priorities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, FSQA and Maintenance leadership.

Responsibilities
