Clemens Food Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Maintenance Leader to oversee a highly automated food manufacturing operation. This on-site, full-time role focuses on setting priorities, developing the team, and driving maintenance execution to keep equipment production-ready.

Responsibilities include leading preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, directing cross-disciplinary troubleshooting, and using CMMS data to improve reliability and uptime while coaching a diverse maintenance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial leadership in a highly automated environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls.
• Proven ability to use CMMS data and KPIs to drive maintenance performance and reliability.
• Strong coaching and development skills for diverse maintenance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across the facility.
• Direct troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls systems.
• Use CMMS data and KPIs to improve PM compliance, labor utilization, and equipment reliability.
• Coach and develop Maintenance and Electronic Trades across varying skill levels.
• Balance production priorities with planned maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, FSQA, and Maintenance leadership.
