Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years in senior management and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 8+ years of direct leadership experience.
• 6+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 6+ years leading multi-layer organizations.
• 6+ years of leadership development and talent management.
• 6+ years budgeting and labor cost management with RCA & CI.
• 6+ years of reporting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across operations and audit maintenance execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractor coordination; ROI-driven decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-wide initiatives.
