Qualifications

Combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and five years of related experience.
2 years of maintenance project management experience, preferably in the food industry.
Previous leadership experience required.
Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review cost estimates and procurement information.
Oversee design, bidding, installation, and cost tracking of maintenance projects.
Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous operations.
Provide training and startup assistance for new equipment.
Direct coordination of teams fabricating or modifying equipment for new products or improvements.
