Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee capital projects at our Seattle facilities, ensuring safe, reliable production by coordinating engineers, maintenance technicians, and vendors. You will track costs, schedules, and contractor activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance project management, a mechanical engineering-related degree, and leadership experience; travel may be required, EPA 608/609 card

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (mechanical engineering preferred) with five years of related experience.
• Two years of maintenance project management experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all phases of assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective conclusions.
• Design options or recommendations for maintaining and improving structures, processes, and equipment.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Provide training and startup assistance for new equipment and post-project support.
• Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to support operations.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan activities.
