Job summary

Trident Seafoods, a leading seafood company headquartered in Seattle with deep Alaska roots, seeks a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee all phases of large projects and optimize equipment performance. Bachelor's degree plus five years of related experience.
2 years of maintenance project management experience.
Leadership experience required.
Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
Ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all phases of assigned maintenance projects within time and cost targets.
Develop design options and recommendations for equipment and processes.
Schedule maintenance, start-up, and installation of machines to ensure continuous production.
Provide training and post-project support for new equipment.
Coordinate teams to fabricate or modify machines and assist in new product implementation.
Review reports to plan maintenance and optimize operations.
