Pittsburgh, PA-based Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance projects across several properties. The role emphasizes safety, project management, and hands-on leadership with travel across the region.

Starting pay ranges from $26.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. This full-time, non-exempt position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to support affordable housing communities for older adults.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Two years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Relevant licenses and bonds.
• Strong handyman/building skills and the ability to operate power and hand tools following appropriate safety standards.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred; EPA 608 Certification must be obtained within one year from date of hire.
• Basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific work order systems. Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
• HVAC and EPA 608 Certifications at time of hire are preferred.
• OSHA Certification is required within 6 months of hire.
• Driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities within the same day and the ability to respond to emergency calls as soon as possible but not to exceed one (1) hour.
• Be able to effectively perform all functions of the Maintenance Tech I and II roles.
• If HVAC Certification is not presented at time of hire, enrollment in a qualified program must be completed within 6 months with program completion within 3 years.
• If EPA 608 Certification is not presented at time of hire, certification must be completed within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance projects across multiple properties.
• Managing capital improvements and supervising contractors.
• Indirectly supervising maintenance technicians and ensuring safety/building code compliance.
• Executing preventative maintenance strategies with strong time management.
• Travel to multiple locations in the region to provide support as needed.
