Overview

Seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects across multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys project leadership, problem‑solving, and working independently in a regional travel capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and capital improvement projects across multiple locations
• Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with staff, residents, and vendors
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree or equivalent training in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, or Welding/Fabricating with 2+ years of related experience

OR

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience

Additional Requirements

• HVAC Certification preferred
• EPA 608 Certification preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to learn work order management systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel frequently between locations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
