Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties. The role is full-time with on-call requirements and pays $27-$29 per hour.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of maintenance supervision experience, be able to travel between properties, and hold a high school diploma. HVAC/CMRP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for 2 years is required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple properties as needed.
• High school diploma is required; additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within designated time frame.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace bulbs, sockets, panels).
• Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain and repair locks, doors, and controllers.
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
