Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA seeks a Maintenance Program Manager to supervise daily assignments for the Maintenance group, ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS guidelines, and company policies on day shift.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and at least 10 years in maintenance or engineering in a biologics setting, with experience in CMMS (Maximo) and DeltaV, plus strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years direct experience in maintenance operations and/or engineering in a biologics facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, cGMP regulations, and company policies; monitor procedures and resolve non-compliance.
• Develop new systems, practices and procedures to enhance performance.
• Provide training for Maintenance group and support training initiatives.
• Develop, approve and conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and other technical documentation.
• Complete investigations and resolutions of Maintenance-related Quality Events and Safety Events.
• Process QE’s, CAPA’s and Audit responses within due dates.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective actions for equipment problems.
