Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/GED or higher.
• B.S. in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in maintenance/engineering in biologics or similar regulated environment.
• Familiarity with SOPs, cGMPs and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily job assignments in maintenance on day shift.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and company policies and regulations.
• Develop and review SOPs and other technical documentation.
• Lead investigations and CAPA processes for Maintenance QA events.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
