Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Maintenance Program Manager to supervise daily maintenance assignments on day shift, ensuring compliance with EHS and cGMP standards. You will lead maintenance projects, develop SOPs, and support QA investigations to strengthen reliability across facilities.

The role demands extensive experience in maintenance/engineering within biologics environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Devens, MA location, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Maintenance, Operations and Engineering attained through a BS in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years direct experience in maintenance operations and/or engineering in a biologics manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance assignments and ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and company policies.
• Develop and implement SOPs and maintain technical documentation for Maintenance.
• Support investigations and CAPAs related to Maintenance, QA, and Safety events.
• Create and monitor KPIs to drive World-Class Maintenance performance.
• Lead maintenance projects and coordinate scheduling and planning activities.
