Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst IV to shape how maintenance is planned and executed. You will drive improvements to maintenance processes, maximize wrench time, and provide data-driven insights for reliability analytics.

You will lead cross-functional workshops with operations, reliability, HSE, and supply chain, and rollout Maximo-based scheduling tools to improve schedule adherence and field data capture.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related major with seven years' experience or HS diploma with nine years' experience in data analysis or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, data visualization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve maintenance processes for reliability and safety.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and partner with operations, reliability, HSE and supply chain.
• Configure CMMS (Maximo) and rollout scheduling improvements.
• Develop executive-ready content and roadmaps for execution.
• Support data quality and master-data standardization.
