Job summary

Williams Companies is seeking a Maintenance Planner III to coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance, identify resources, and apply strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and procedures to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, five years of maintenance experience, two years planning, and three years in the natural gas industry; preferred vocational/associates degree and proficiency with Maximo, Oracle ERP, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Requires: High school diploma/GED; 5+ years maintenance experience (technician/lead/planner), 2+ years planning, 3+ years in natural gas.
• Preferred: Vocational/Associates degree in technical field.
• Prior experience with DOT Pipeline Safety Regulations (49 CFR Parts 192 and 195) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates maintenance activities and communicates schedules to customers.
• Maintains equipment history and reliability data.
• Drives process improvements and optimizes operations.
• Collaborates to identify training needs and standard practices.
• Supports budget development and forecasting.
