Job summary

Williams is hiring a Technical Specialist Sr for maintenance optimization across multiple Eastern/Western interstates, including Princeton, NJ. The role emphasizes data integrity, problem solving, and collaboration with company partners to improve operations.

Required: associate degree or equivalent with six years in oil & gas, or a bachelor’s in engineering with ten years’ experience. Travel and after-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least six years in oil & gas operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred with ten years of progressive field experience.
• Strong instrumentation/electrical background and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity and safety.
• Troubleshoots complex problems using technical evaluation and judgment.
• Leads development and tasks related to operations, maintenance, and standards.
• Mentors others and coordinates work with company partners.
• Reviews engineering design documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Supports after-hours work, travel between Williams locations, and overtime as needed.
