Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Process Analyst II to analyze and optimize business processes, developing sustainable improvements and leading change initiatives.

You will build Power BI dashboards and data visualizations, collaborate with multiple partners, and help implement new software and low-code solutions. The role emphasizes data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and cost reductions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 7+ years’ experience in data analysis or process improvement.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
• Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs
• Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data
• Leads multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
• Drives development of change management activities
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that transform business data into actionable insights
• Builds and enhances business solutions using Power Apps, automation, and other low-code/no-code technologies
• Partners with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and translate them into practical technology, reporting, and data solutions
• Leverages AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, including Cursor and Perplexity, to improve analytics, productivity, processes, and decision-making
• Other duties as assigned
