Job summary

General Mills seeks a Maintenance Planner to lead asset care strategies and maintenance planning. You will own Maximo setup, CMMS data accuracy, and plan scheduling to improve reliability and plant performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing technical field.
Strong communication and leadership in a collaborative environment.
Foundational knowledge of data analysis and CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
Experience with planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution.

Responsibilities

Lead asset care strategies and maintenance planning for platform assets.
Own CMMS data accuracy and Maximo standards.
Develop high-quality PMs and job plans with materials, tools, and instructions.
Coordinate with production planners and platform teams to optimize equipment and labor availability.
Drive system utilization and platform improvement plans across DDS, MP&S, LMS, and Predictive programs.
